In a surprising political move, former President Donald Trump recently organized a grand rally in Crotona Park, the Bronx – a known Democratic stronghold in New York City. Contrary to expectations, his campaign reported that the event drew an impressive crowd of 25,000 supporters, significantly surpassing the expected turnout of 3,500 attendees. Supporters who couldn’t secure a spot inside the park congregated outside in hopes of catching a glimpse of the former president.

Trump delivered a passionate speech centered around rejuvenating New York City and making it ‘bigger, better, and greater than ever before.’ He raised concerns about issues like subway violence and rampant homelessness while criticizing President Biden for failing the Bronx’s citizens and labeling him as ‘grossly incompetent.’

Holmes noted the diversity of the crowd, with attendees from outside New York City, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Connecticut. She noted that while some locals opposed Trump’s presence, others who had previously supported Biden were now reconsidering their stance.

Despite criticism from opponents like Governor Hochul and Rep.
