Pentagon Responds After Two Marines Die in Border Crash

Two U.S. Marines lost their lives in a vehicle crash near the U.S.-Mexico border. A third Marine hangs on in serious condition. It happened Tuesday morning just outside El Paso near Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

This remote spot is now front and center in President Trump’s intense push to lock down the southern border. These weren’t your run-of-the-mill border agents. They were battle-hardened troops from Camp Pendleton, on a mission under Trump’s executive order.
