Political Rift in the Walz Household: Brother Contemplates Alliance with Trump

In a turn of events that has set tongues wagging, Jeff Walz, brother of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, is contemplating an unexpected alliance with former President Donald Trump. A series of Facebook posts brought to light by conservative journalist Laura Loomer reveal not just Jeff’s criticism of his own brother but also his disapproval of the current administration.

“We’ve just become a third world banana republic,” Jeff posted in May 2023, coinciding with the indictment of Trump in New York City by the Biden-Harris administration.

Jeff’s disdain for his brother’s political ideology is clear and cutting. When prompted by a follower to discuss these issues with Tim, Jeff disclosed their eight-year-long silence and his staunch opposition to his brother’s ideology. He added that Tim’s political rise came as a surprise to their family who were subsequently denied security following his election.

Intriguingly, when a supporter suggested that Jeff join forces with Trump on stage to “save this country,” he admitted to having considered it. However, he remains torn between stepping into the political arena and preserving his family’s privacy. He hinted at possessing stories that could potentially cast doubts on his brother’s fitness for making future decisions.

Laura Loomer stoked the flames further by stating, “Tim Walz and Kamala Harris are such a bad Presidential ticket that Walz’s own BROTHER is supporting Donald Trump instead.” She also revealed that according to FEC records, Jeff had donated to Trump’s 2016 campaign.
